COVID-19 Update


Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the B&F System Inc, is taking some actions to protect the health and well-being of our employees and loyal customers.

The health and well being of our customers and employees remains our top priority as we navigate the challenges of COVID-19. We continue to closely monitor guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization to assist in the safety of our customers and employees.

We are thankful to be part of such a loyal community, but at this time, we feel it is in the best interest of our customers and employees to do our part in stemming the spread by closing our primary showroom on Monday, March 23, 2020 to walk in traffic until further notice.

While we know that you still need access to our product line to continue to support your business, we ask that you place your order on our website www.maxam.com and choose and choose the will call option, or call it in, and you order will be ready the next business day. When you are ready to pickup your order, go to the side of the building just past where you normally pickup and there will be a open warehouse door. An employee will ask your name and we will bring the order out and place it on the ground for you to take.

We will not be interacting with your as normal to confirm the orders for your safety and ours, so please look over the order before you leave to confirm you have all your product. We will be double checking orders before they are ready as a added precaution.

Also at this time, to limit possible contact we will only be accepting credit cards at the current time, no cash will be accepted.

For accounts placing regular orders for shipping, at the current time we are not expecting any delay in shipments, However, we will be closing the warehouse at 3 p.m. Central Time after the last shipments of the day have left the warehouse.
