Do you have a minimum total order on your products?

Yes, but only on the first order. We have a $250 minimum first order, or a minimum $500 credit deposit for drop-ship only businesses. After that, there is no minimum. There is a $4.00 handling fee for orders under $100. There's a $2.00 handling fee on orders under $100 placed online using B&F's UPS shipper # and receiving electronic invoices. There is no handling fee on orders over $100.

Does B & F drop ship?

We drop ship straight to your customer, and they don't know that it came from us.

Drop Ship Rates:

There is no handling fee on orders $100 and over. There is a $2.00 handling fee on orders under $100 placed online. Customer needs to: 1) Place order on the web. 2) Receive invoices electronically. 3) Ship on B&Fs UPS account. There is a $4.00 handling fee for orders under $100 placed by phone, fax or e-mail.

Are there any discounts offered on large orders?

Yes. When you order over $2500 in merchandise you get a 10% discount. An order that's over $500 receives a 7% discount. These discounts apply to most items.

How fast will my orders be shipped?

Many orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders by the second business day, however, if you need something quicker and guaranteed, express fees are available. To guarantee shipment the same day you place your order, there is a $10.00 express fee. Orders must be received by 12 Noon CDT/CST (Central Daylight/Standard Time). To ship the next business day, there is a $5.00 express fee. Orders must be received by 3:00pm C.S.T. Orders placed after 5:00pm C.S.T. on normal business days will be considered received the following business day. When placing your order online, please mark the appropriate box to indicate your express fee. Please also indicate your express fee on fax, phone and e-mail order.

When my customers purchase products from me, do they know that I buy them from B & F?

No, they do not. Our company name does not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers.

Is there sales tax on my purchases?

No sales tax. Only add sales tax if you are shipping within Texas and you do not have a certificate of resale on file with the B&F System. Certificates of Resale can be downloaded from www.bnfusa.com: Login with your username & password, select Price Lists & Tools, then Forms.

Do B & F products carry any type of warranty?

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with limited one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.

What if you are out of something I order?

Your invoice will show the reorder date on any out-of-stock merchandise. About half of out-of-stock merchandise is back in stock within 15-30 days. You may request an item be put on backorder ($50.00 of an item or more) so it ships automatically when it is back in stock. An out-of-stock list, showing due dates, is available on www.bnfusa.com: Login with your username & password, select Price Lists & Tools, then Custom Lists.

My shipment was damaged. Who do I contact?

Report all discrepancies to the Customer Service Department immediately. Sign for # of cartons instead of # of skids. If any carton(s) is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Send a copy of the signed freight bill, a copy of your invoice and a list of the items short or damaged to our Traffic Department. We will file your claim for you and issue credit when payment is received from the freight carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damaged carton(s). Send a copy of the inspection report along with your paperwork for us to file a claim. All damaged items and packing materials must be kept until your credit is received. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty on a per item basis. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.

I can't finish your online application, what am I doing wrong?

Make sure you are filling out the forms to the best of your abilities and not leaving any fields blank. If you are getting an address verification error, then we cannot process your dealer application electronically. Please call customer service and have a business tax id or other proof of business available.

Do you ship to Alaska?

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. There is a $100.00 minimum order for shipments to Canada. We cannot ship by Parcel Post to Canada. No drop ships allowed to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Only add sales tax if you are shipping within Texas and you do not have a certificate of resale on file with the B&F System. Certificates of Resale can be downloaded from www.bnfusa.com: Login with your username & password, select Price Lists & Tools, then Forms.

Do I have to speak to anyone to get a shipping estimate?

No. Go to www.bnfusa.com and log in with your username and password to use the freight quote feature when you are checking out with a shopping cart.

I would like to obtain a B & F wholesale catalog. How would I go about doing this and does it have a price?

Our wholesale catalogs cost $2 each and can be ordered from one of our customer service representatives.

Is there any kind of purchase limit on B & F products?

Buy any quantity you need. We sell in any quantity to meet your needs, however, you can save money buying in price break lots. Notice: we use the term price break rather than case pack. The price break can be the same as the case pack, but is occasionally less than actual case pack. For example, if the case pack on item #ABCD is 120, we may set the first price break at 12. We will then offer an additional discount for ordering 120. This offers you a greater opportunity to take advantage of price breaks. Many times, very large quantities carry additional discounts. Order over $2500 in merchandise & get a 10% discount. On a $2500 order, 10% equals a $250 discount that really helps offset freight! Order over $500 in merchandise & receive a 7% discount. Discount applies to most items. We can also ship containers straight from the factory to you!

Do you offer electronic invoices and e-mail order confirmations?

Yes. To qualify for our $2 handling fee on orders under $100 you must use e-mail invoices.

We will provide you with copies of your invoices on a daily basis. We'll e-mail a single document daily to you that will contain all of your invoices for the prior day. If you do not order online but would like to receive invoices electronically, please visit the web site www.bnfusa.com and update your information by following these simple instructions:
1) Login in to the site.
2) Select the "My Account" menu, then click the "Account Setup" menu underneath it.
3) Click yes to the question "I would like to receive invoices electronically daily via e-mail instead of a mailed copy."
